During a declared snow emergency, parking is prohibited on all public streets and sidewalks in Lynn. Vehicles may be ticketed and towed. You may move your car to a designated lot after the ban is announced. A forecast alone does not mean a ban is active.
Cars left past these deadlines can be ticketed or towed.
